OKURA HOLDINGS (01655) announced that on November 14, 2025, the company and the placement agent entered into a supplemental agreement to extend the completion date of the placement agreement to December 1, 2025, or a later date as mutually agreed. Consequently, the placement price has been adjusted from HK$0.18 to HK$0.196 per share (the adjusted placement price).

The company has applied to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for the resumption of trading of its shares, which will take effect from 1:00 p.m. on November 17, 2025.
