The board of BASETROPHY GP (HKEX: 08460) has announced a change to its nomination committee.

Ms. Fong Pui Yin, an executive director, retired from her position upon the conclusion of the company's annual general meeting. As she was not re-elected as an executive director at the meeting, she also ceased to be a member of the board's nomination committee from that time.

The board has further announced the appointment of Ms. Ng Yu, an executive director, as a member of the nomination committee. This appointment is effective from June 4, 2026.
