TENFU executes HK$8,380 buyback on 3 Jun; 52,000 shares now awaiting cancellation

Tenfu (Cayman) Holdings Company Limited (TENFU) filed a Next Day Disclosure Return on 3 June 2026, detailing the latest movements under its share-repurchase programme on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The company’s issued share capital remained unchanged at 1.08 billion ordinary shares. On 3 June, TENFU repurchased 3,000 shares on-market at prices ranging from HK$2.79 to HK$2.80 per share, for a total consideration of HK$8,380. The shares will be cancelled.

Including this transaction, TENFU has bought back 52,000 shares between 8 May and 3 June 2026 that are pending cancellation. The purchases were made at a volume-weighted average price of approximately HK$2.83 per share, representing about 0.0048 % of the company’s issued share base. The aggregate cash outlay for these repurchases amounts to roughly HK$0.15 million.

Under the general mandate approved by shareholders on 11 May 2026, TENFU is authorised to repurchase up to 108.28 million shares. Since the mandate became effective, 50,000 shares (0.0046 % of the issued shares at the mandate date) have been bought back. Pursuant to Listing Rule 10.06(3), the company is now subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares until 3 July 2026.
