Domestic refined oil prices are set to rise for the twelfth time this year at 24:00 on September 11, as the latest adjustment window opens. During this pricing cycle, international crude oil prices have climbed steadily, culminating in the final uptrend for refined oil products.

As of September 9, the average reference crude oil price for the period stood at $96.50 per barrel, marking a 7.03% increase over the previous cycle, cementing the expectation of an upward adjustment. Under the domestic refined oil pricing mechanism, the price hike corresponds to an increase of approximately 0.35 yuan per liter on September 12, marking the twelfth upward adjustment of the year.

For private car owners, filling a 50-liter tank will now cost approximately 17.5 yuan more. Following this adjustment, the 2026 pricing pattern will shift to "twelve increases, five decreases, and one hold."
