China Youran Dairy Group Limited (Youran Dairy) announced on 27 April 2026 that three key documents are now available on both the company website (www.yourandairy.com) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website (www.hkexnews.hk):

1) Annual Report 2025; 2) A shareholder circular covering: • Proposed general mandates to issue new shares and repurchase existing shares, • Proposed re-election of retiring directors, • Proposed re-appointment of auditors, • Renewal of the raw-milk purchase and sale framework agreement (a continuing connected transaction), and • Renewal of the financial-services framework agreement, which is classified as both disclosable and a continuing connected transaction; the circular also contains the notice of the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM); 3) Environmental, Social and Governance Report 2025, provided exclusively in electronic form.

Non-registered shareholders may obtain printed copies of the Annual Report 2025, the circular or future corporate communications free of charge by submitting the enclosed request form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited. Printed copies of the ESG Report 2025 are available on request via the same registrar.
