Shanghai Seer Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (“Seer Intelligent”) announced that, pursuant to Rule 2.07 of the Hong Kong Listing Rules and the paper-less listing regime effective since 31 December 2023, all future corporate communications will be distributed electronically instead of via printed copies.

Beginning 24 July 2026, English and Chinese versions of directors’ reports, annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars, proxy forms and other shareholder materials will be available on both the company’s website (www.seer-robotics.ai) and the HKExnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk).

Shareholders are asked to provide a functional email address by scanning the personalised QR code on the enclosed reply form, or by returning the form to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited.

Key operational points: • If no email address is supplied, Seer Intelligent will continue to send actionable corporate communications in printed form until digital contact details are received. • Shareholders who prefer hard copies may opt in by written request or email to SHseer-group.ecom@computershare.com.hk. The initiative aligns Seer Intelligent with Hong Kong’s mandatory electronic dissemination framework, reducing paper usage and accelerating information delivery to investors.
