According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, a significant share position change occurred for Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science And Technology Co.,Ltd. (HKEX: 01157) on June 3. The total value of the transferred positions amounted to HK$14.8 billion, representing 12.93% of the relevant holdings.

The company's shareholders transferred 199 million shares into China Merchants Bank and moved 197 million shares out of Citibank.

In a separate announcement, Zoomlion declared that it will distribute a final dividend of 0.2 yuan per share on July 28, 2026.
