(02865) announced that its current external auditor, Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, will complete its term and step down after the conclusion of the company's 2025 annual general meeting scheduled for May 27, 2026. Deloitte has served as the external auditor for the group's consolidated financial statements for the year ending December 31, 2025, prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards.

At the 11th meeting of the fifth board of directors held on April 30, 2026, the board resolved, following the recommendation of the audit committee, to propose the appointment of Zhonghui Anda CPA Limited as the company's external auditor for the year 2026 upon the expiration of Deloitte's term. Additionally, the board decided to reappoint Zhonghui CPAs as the company's domestic auditor for 2026.

The board believes that changing the external auditor will enhance efficiency in handling domestic and cross-border audit requirements. This decision takes into account business development needs and the necessity for effective collaboration in cross-jurisdictional audit work, ensuring the independence, objectivity, and fairness of the audit process.
