ImmuneOnco completes HK$0.22 million share repurchase; treasury shares rise to 1.91 million

ImmuneOnco Biopharmaceuticals (Shanghai) Inc. repurchased 64,200 H shares on 22 July 2026, according to the company’s Next Day Disclosure Return filed with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The shares were bought on-market at prices ranging between HK$3.40 and HK$3.50, with a volume-weighted average price of HK$3.4407. The transaction cost totalled HK$0.22 million.

Following the buyback, the number of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) fell by 64,200 to 418.56 million, representing a 0.0153% reduction. Treasury shares increased to 1.91 million, while the company’s total issued share capital remained unchanged at 420.48 million.

Under the repurchase mandate approved on 28 May 2026, ImmuneOnco is authorised to buy back up to 43.15 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 1.91 million shares, equivalent to 0.444% of the shares outstanding on the mandate date.

In line with Listing Rule 10.06(3)(a), a moratorium on new share issues or sales of treasury shares is in effect until 21 August 2026.
