The sixth operation area prioritizes two core devices: the free water removal unit and the electrical dewatering device, implementing three precise control measures to maintain optimal working conditions. Technicians optimize and adjust chemical formulas in real-time according to the compositional differences of inflows at different times and wells, ensuring a precise match for the addition of first and second-phase additives to maximize chemical effectiveness. The quantity and method of dosing are flexibly adjusted based on crude oil viscosity and impurity content to stabilize the demulsification effect and effectively reduce the level of oil-water emulsification. Close attention is paid to the trends in electrical dewatering device current to anticipate required adjustments to the oil output valve, ensuring stable current and voltage parameters and avoiding quality impacts from parameter fluctuations.

"Dual Support" Strengthens Quality Assurance Accurate data and risk warnings act as dual insurance for exported crude oil quality. The sixth operation area aims to "fortify the data foundation and weave a dense early warning system," enhancing supporting capabilities to safeguard improvements in water separation efficiency. In terms of data support, the operation area continually upgrades laboratory hardware, optimizes testing processes, and adheres strictly to organic chlorine and water measurement standards, clearly defining daily testing frequencies and assigning personnel to verify data accuracy, timeliness, and reliability as a scientific basis for production adjustments and quality control. For early warning support, a full-process linkage mechanism of "monitoring – warning – response – verification" has been established. Clear threshold conditions trigger warnings, such as when organic chlorine levels approach warning values or when water content exceeds 0.3%. Emergency response procedures are initiated upon threshold breaches, with coordination among multiple departments—including technical, production, and equipment teams—to dynamically adjust production parameters, fostering a "rapid response, collaborative linkage, and closed-loop management" work model, effectively preventing substandard crude oil from exiting.
