HUABAO INTL (00336) announced that on August 28, 2025 (after trading hours), its group member companies have subscribed to financial products from Jiangsu Bank Group. As of the date of this announcement, the aggregate investment amount of such financial products subscribed by the group member companies from Jiangsu Bank Group that remain outstanding totals RMB 892 million. As of the announcement date, the directors confirm that (i) apart from these outstanding financial products, all other financial products subscribed from Jiangsu Bank Group have been fully redeemed in accordance with their respective terms; (ii) the group believes that the subscription to each of these financial products has generated reasonable returns; and (iii) the subscription to these financial products will not cause any adverse impact on the group's financial position.
