Beijing SinoHytec Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 2402) has announced that the Hong Kong Stock Exchange has confirmed the qualification of Mr. Kang Zhi under Rules 3.28 and 8.17 of the Listing Rules, enabling him to serve as the company secretary without a waiver.

In the same announcement, the company reported the resignation of Mr. Lau Kwok Yin from his positions as joint company secretary and authorized representative, effective February 2, 2026. Mr. Kang will continue to serve as the sole company secretary from that date. The Board expressed its gratitude to Mr. Lau for his contributions, noting that there is no disagreement between him and the Board, nor any matter that requires further attention from shareholders or the Stock Exchange.

Additionally, Mr. Kang will become the authorized representative effective February 2, 2026, while Mr. Lau has been appointed as the alternate to the authorized representative for Mr. Kang, also with effect from February 2, 2026.
