Jolimark Holdings Limited disclosed that its controlling shareholder (the “Vendor”) has completed a partial tranche of the previously announced share placement. On 15 September 2026, the Vendor placed 129.10 million existing shares through the appointed placing agent under the terms of the Placing Agreement dated 4 September 2026.
