Wenye Group (01802) has issued an announcement that Mr. Kong Guojing has resigned as an executive director and chairman of the board due to his desire to devote more time to his personal affairs, effective September 24, 2026.

Mr. Jiang Jun has been appointed as an executive director and chairman of the board, effective September 24, 2026.

The board further announced that following Mr. Jiang's appointment as chairman of the board, Ms. Fan Shuying has ceased to serve as co-chairman of the board, effective September 24, 2026, but she will remain as an executive director and the company's chief executive officer.
