According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on September 30, Juneyao Airlines Co., Ltd. (ASX: 603885) increased its holdings in China Eastern Air (ASX: 00670) by 5.74 million shares at HK$2.6250 per share, for a total amount of HK$15.0675 million.

Following this increase, the latest shareholding stands at approximately 561 million shares, representing an 11.08% stake.

The transaction also involves other related parties: Shanghai Juneyao (Group) Co., Ltd., Wang Junjin, and Wang Han.
