RA MATERIALS (09607) announced its allotment results, revealing that the company offered a total of 68.1187 million H shares globally, with the Hong Kong public offering accounting for 10% and the international offering accounting for 90%.

The offer price was set at HK$44 per share, and the global offering raised net proceeds of HK$2.901 billion. Each board lot consists of 100 shares, and the H shares are expected to commence trading on the Stock Exchange at 9:00 a.m. on September 29, 2026.

Among the offerings, the Hong Kong public offering was oversubscribed by 3.39 times, while the international offering was oversubscribed by 2.75 times.
