Mapletree Logistics Trust enters new loan with manager-linked conditions

Mapletree Logistics Trust Management Ltd., manager of Mapletree Logistics Trust, announced on Jun, 15 2026 that one of the trust’s subsidiaries has secured a new loan facility containing conditions tied to the trust’s management structure.

The agreement requires Mapletree Logistics Trust Management Ltd. to remain as manager of the trust and for the manager to stay a subsidiary of Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd. If either condition is breached, lenders or noteholders may cancel commitments or demand early repayment.

Approximately 5.581 billion Singapore dollars of existing debt facilities could be affected by such a breach. The manager confirmed that no conditions have been breached as of the announcement date.
