Horizon Robotics repurchases 5.58 million Class B shares for HKD 39.04 million, trimming outstanding float by 0.04%

Horizon Robotics (HORIZONROBOT-W) disclosed a next-day return showing an on-market buyback of 5.58 million weighted voting right (WVR) Class B ordinary shares on 9 April 2026.

The shares were repurchased on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging from HKD 6.96 to HKD 7.10, with a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 7.0003 per share. Aggregate consideration reached HKD 39.04 million.

Outstanding Class B shares fell from 12.53 billion to 12.52 billion, a reduction of 0.0381%. The repurchased shares have been retained as treasury stock, bringing the company’s treasury holding to 5.58 million shares, while total issued share capital remains at 12.53 billion Class B shares (14.65 billion including Class A shares).

The transaction utilized the general mandate approved on 10 June 2025, under which the company may repurchase up to 1.32 billion shares; cumulative buybacks under this mandate now represent 0.0422% of that ceiling.

Under Hong Kong listing rules, Horizon Robotics is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or treasury share sales until 9 May 2026.
