7Road Executes HKD 1.50 Million Share Buyback on 17 July; Cumulative Repurchases Reach 234.62 Million Shares (8.54% of Share Capital)

7Road Holdings Limited disclosed in its latest Next Day Disclosure Return (17 July 2026) that it repurchased 1.37 million ordinary shares on-market at HKD 1.10 apiece on the same day, for a total consideration of HKD 1.50 million.

Including this transaction, the company has bought back 234.62 million shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange since 18 May 2026 under its current mandate granted on 26 May 2026. These repurchases represent 8.54% of the 2.75 billion shares in issue at the mandate date and utilise 85.4% of the 274.77 million-share limit authorised by shareholders.

All repurchased shares—spanning 35 on-exchange trades executed between 18 May and 17 July at prices ranging from HKD 0.55 to HKD 1.19—are earmarked for cancellation but remained outstanding as of 17 July. Consequently, the company’s issued share capital was unchanged at 2.75 billion shares (no treasury shares) as at that date. Once the cancellations are completed, the share count will be reduced by the repurchased amount.

In line with Hong Kong listing rules, 7Road is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 16 August 2026. Management confirmed that all buybacks were executed within the scope of the approved mandate and in compliance with applicable regulations.
