Mongolian Mining Corporation (MMC) filed a Next Day Disclosure Return for 28 April 2026, confirming the on-market repurchase of 300,000 ordinary shares at HK$9.50–9.70 each, for a total consideration of HK$2.88 million.

Including this latest transaction, MMC has bought back 2.89 million shares between 18 March and 28 April 2026 that are earmarked for cancellation, equal to 0.28% of the current share base of 1.04 billion shares. As the shares have not yet been cancelled, the company’s issued share capital remains unchanged at 1,037.30 million shares.

Since shareholders granted a repurchase mandate on 26 May 2025, MMC has repurchased 7.25 million shares, representing 0.70% of the shares outstanding on the mandate date. The mandate permits buybacks of up to 103.35 million shares, leaving capacity for a further 96.10 million shares.

Under Hong Kong listing rules, MMC is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares until 28 May 2026, 30 days after the latest repurchase.
