China Galaxy Securities Co., Ltd. (CGS) has finalised the public issuance of its 2026 short-term corporate bonds (first tranche), securing RMB4.00 billion on 15 June 2026. The bonds were issued at par value of RMB100 per unit with a 191-day tenor and a fixed coupon of 1.49%.

The transaction forms part of the issuance programme authorised by CGS shareholders in February 2025, allowing the Board to raise debt financing up to 350% of the company’s latest audited net assets. It also follows the October 2025 clearance from the China Securities Regulatory Commission for CGS to issue short-term corporate bonds with an outstanding balance capped at RMB15.00 billion.

Proceeds from the current tranche will be applied to repay existing interest-bearing liabilities, aligning with the company’s ongoing liability-management strategy.

CSC Financial Co., Ltd., acting as lead underwriter, subscribed for and was allocated RMB100.00 million of the bonds. No directors, senior management, or shareholders holding more than 5% of CGS shares participated in the offering. The company confirmed all subscription quotations and procedures complied with applicable laws and regulations.
