Jardine Matheson Holdings Limited repurchased 80,000 ordinary shares on Sep, 23 2026 at an average price of US$57.3484 per share.

The shares will be cancelled, leaving the company with 293,095,076 ordinary shares in issue, each carrying one voting right. Jardine Matheson Holdings Limited holds no treasury shares.

The company said the updated share count may be used by shareholders when calculating any disclosure requirements under the Financial Conduct Authority’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
