Harbour Equine Holdings Limited announced that the English and Chinese versions of its 2025 Annual Report, accompanying circular, notice of the 2026 Annual General Meeting and proxy form, together with the standalone 2025 Environmental, Social and Governance Report, are now available on both the company website (www.harbourequine.com) and HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk).

The board strongly recommends shareholders access these documents online (the “Website Version”). Registered holders who previously elected to receive hard copies will find the printed package enclosed with the notification.

Shareholders experiencing difficulty with email notifications or website access—and those who prefer printed communications going forward—may submit the enclosed reply form to Tricor Investor Services Limited at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, using the prepaid mailing label, or email the request to 8377-ecom@vistra.com.

Maintaining a functional email address with the share registrar is each shareholder’s responsibility. Until such address is provided or updated, the company will send notices and actionable documents in hard copy only.
