SUNSHINE INS (06963) announced the election of Mr. Dong Bin as an independent non-executive director of the company's sixth board of directors and the election of Mr. Wang Xiaopeng as an executive director of the sixth board of directors.

At a board meeting held on August 22, 2025, the board reviewed and approved a proposal regarding adjustments to the members of the board's professional committees. Mr. Dong Bin was elected as Chairman of the Board's Nomination and Remuneration Committee and as a member of the Board's Related Transaction Control Committee. Mr. Wang Xiaopeng was elected as Chairman of the Board's Risk Management Committee.

The aforementioned appointments of Mr. Dong Bin and Mr. Wang Xiaopeng will take effect from the date when China's insurance regulatory authorities approve their respective director qualifications.
