The move follows the company's announcement on December 18 evening of a special dividend proposal for 2025, planning to distribute RMB3.0 per 10 shares (tax inclusive), totaling approximately RMB1.754 billion (tax inclusive). Concurrently, HAITIAN FLAV disclosed its three-year (2025-2027) shareholder return plan, committing to maintain annual cash dividends at no less than 80% of net profit attributable to parent company shareholders during the period. Analysts at Huatai Securities view the special dividend as reinforcing the company's medium-to-long-term value proposition, noting management's strong commitment to shareholder returns.
