SunCorp Tech Updates Schedule for 1-for-5 Share Consolidation and Smaller Trading Lot

Bulletin Express
07/06

SunCorp Technologies Limited has released a revised timetable for its planned share consolidation and accompanying change in board lot size, following a delay in the circulation of its shareholder circular.

Under the proposal, every five existing shares will be consolidated into one consolidated share, while the standard board lot will shift from 10,000 existing shares to 5,000 consolidated shares. These changes remain subject to shareholder approval at the special general meeting (SGM) and other requisite conditions.

Key revised milestones are as follows:

• Circular despatch: on or before 10 July 2026. • Latest share transfer for SGM eligibility: 4:30 p.m., 28 July 2026. • Register closure: 29 July–3 August 2026 (both dates inclusive). • Proxy submission deadline: 3:00 p.m., 1 August 2026. • SGM and record date: 3:00 p.m., 3 August 2026, with results announced the same day. • Effective date of share consolidation: 5 August 2026, coinciding with first day of free exchange of old share certificates for new ones and start of trading in consolidated shares. • Re-opening of original trading counter in new lot size (5,000 consolidated shares): 19 August 2026, when parallel trading in old and new certificates begins and odd-lot matching services commence. • Cessation of odd-lot matching and parallel trading, and closure of temporary counter: 8 September 2026. • Final day for free exchange of share certificates: 10 September 2026.

The company underscores that both the consolidation and board-lot change will proceed only if all stated conditions are satisfied. Shareholders and potential investors are urged to exercise caution when trading the company’s shares and to seek professional advice if in doubt.
