Kingwell Group Limited released its Monthly Return for the period ended 30 April 2026, confirming that both authorised and issued share capital remained unchanged during the month.
The company’s authorised share capital stayed at HKD 600.00 million, comprising 5.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10 and 100.00 million convertible preference shares with a par value of HKD 1.00.
Issued share capital also held steady. Outstanding ordinary shares totalled 2.89 billion, with no treasury shares on record. No new shares were issued, repurchased or cancelled, and the number of treasury shares remained at zero.
Kingwell affirmed compliance with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum 25 percent public-float requirement as at 30 April 2026.
Under the Share Option Scheme adopted on 12 December 2019, 0.29 billion options were outstanding at month-end. There were no option exercises, no new grants, and no transfers from treasury stock, resulting in zero funds raised.
The company reported no outstanding warrants, convertibles or other equity-linked instruments and confirmed that all regulatory filings and listing rule requirements have been met.
