FOLANGSI CO., LTD has announced that its board of directors will convene on 21 August 2026 to consider and approve the interim financial results for the six months ended 30 June 2026. The meeting agenda also includes discussion of a potential interim dividend and other routine matters.

The notification, dated 7 August 2026 and signed by Chairman and Executive Director Hou Zekuan, confirms that any decision on dividend distribution will be determined at the upcoming session before the interim results are published.
