Unitholders adopted the Trustee-Manager’s statement and the audited financial statements for the year ended Dec, 31 2025, during which the trust posted distributable income of 249.5 million Singapore dollars, up 24 percent year on year.

KPMG LLP was re-appointed as auditor until the next AGM. The meeting also re-endorsed the appointment of Adrian Chan Pengee as a director, approved a mandate allowing the issue of new units and convertible instruments of up to 50 percent of issued units (with a 20 percent limit for non-pro-rata issues), renewed the interested-person transaction mandate and authorised a unit buy-back of up to 5 percent of issued units.

Separately, Daniel Cuthbert Ee Hock Huat stepped down as Chairman of the Trustee-Manager at the close of the meeting, with director Khor Poh Hwa succeeding him in the role. Ee was thanked for leading the trust’s growth into one of Singapore’s largest infrastructure trusts delivering stable returns to unitholders.
