CapitaLand China Trust completes divestment for CapitaLand Commercial C-REIT

CapitaLand China Trust (AU8U) said on Oct, 31 2025 that it has received the divestment consideration related to its participation in the newly listed CapitaLand Commercial C-REIT on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, marking the completion of the transaction.

The deal generates net proceeds of about 663.4 million yuan renminbi, equivalent to roughly 119.8 million Singapore dollars.

Pending deployment for the purposes outlined in its Jul, 11 2025 circular, the real-estate investment trust plans to use the funds to reduce debt in the interim.
