Dynasty Fine Wines Group Limited has formally announced that the English and Chinese versions of its 2025 Annual Report, Notice of the Annual General Meeting, Circular and Proxy Form are now available on both the company website (https://www.dynasty-wines.com) and the HKEX website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Shareholders are encouraged to review the online documents; however, those who have opted for hard copies—or who encounter difficulties accessing electronic versions—may request printed materials free of charge by completing and returning the enclosed Reply Form to Tricor Investor Services Limited, the Hong Kong branch share registrar. A pre-paid mailing label is provided for local postage, and requests can also be submitted via email to 828-ecom@vistra.com.

The 2025 Environmental, Social and Governance Report is issued exclusively in electronic format on the same websites. Printed copies will be supplied upon written request to the share registrar.

Dynasty Fine Wines reminds registered shareholders to supply a functional email address to ensure timely electronic receipt of future corporate communications and actionable documents. Until such an address is provided, notices and actionable communications will be dispatched in printed form only.
