The Hang Seng Tech Index reversed its gains to trade lower after earlier rising more than 1%, as Hong Kong stocks opened higher before pulling back.

Among the index constituents, Hua Hong Semiconductor and Lenovo fell more than 4%, while Zhipu dropped over 3%.

Xiaomi, SMIC, and Tianshu Zhixin each declined more than 2%.
