Symphony Holdings Reports No Share Capital Changes in May; 2.97 Bln Shares Outstanding

Symphony Holdings Limited released its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer for the period ended 31 May 2026, confirming stable share capital metrics and compliance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange public-float rules.

The company’s authorised share capital remained unchanged at HKD 2.00 billion, representing 20.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10 each.

Issued share capital was steady month-on-month at 2.97 billion ordinary shares, with no treasury shares held or cancelled during May. Consequently, total issued shares (excluding treasury shares) stood at 2.97 billion.

Public float comfortably met the Main Board’s minimum 25 % threshold as of 31 May 2026, according to the issuer’s confirmation.

Regarding equity-linked instruments, the share-option scheme adopted on 23 June 2023 showed 297.42 million options outstanding at month-end. No new shares were issued, and no treasury shares were transferred during the month under this scheme.

No warrants, convertible securities, or other share-issuance arrangements were reported for the period. The company also confirmed that all regulatory and listing-rule obligations related to its securities remain satisfied.
