The company stated that this project falls within its core business scope, and if a formal contract is signed and successfully executed, it is expected to have a positive impact on the company's operating performance during the contract period. According to the disclosure, the tenderer is a prominent Southeast Asian cross-border e-commerce firm, and due to client confidentiality requirements, the company has been exempted from disclosing specific client information in accordance with the Shanghai Stock Exchange's Science and Technology Innovation Board Listing Rules and its own Information Disclosure Deferral and Exemption System. The client has good credit standing, possesses the ability to fulfill the contract, and the performance risk is deemed controllable. There is no related-party relationship between the client and the company.

Kengic Intelligent noted that the execution of this project will not affect the independence of its business operations, nor will the company become reliant on the counterparty as a result of fulfilling this contract. The company has received the bid award notice and is currently in the process of signing a formal contract with the tenderer, though the specific timing of contract signing and performance arrangements remain uncertain. The final amount and terms of the project will be subject to the formally executed contract.
