MSCTECH (01632) announced that Mr. Chen Di has been appointed by the Board as an Executive Director and the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, effective from February 2, 2026. Following the appointment of Mr. Chen, the Board further announced that Mr. Tao Jingyuan has resigned from his position as the Company's CEO due to work adjustments, but will remain an Executive Director of the Company, effective from the same date, February 2, 2026. The Board also announced that Executive Director Ms. Ning Mengmeng and Independent Non-executive Director Mr. Cai Zijie have been appointed as members of the Nomination Committee, effective from February 2, 2026.
