China Carbon Neutral Development Group Limited (C CARBONNEUTRAL) reported that substantial shareholder Sha Tao acquired 550,000 ordinary shares on 6 May 2026 through open-market transactions at an average price of HK$0.975 per share.

The purchase represents approximately 0.08% of the company’s issued share capital, lifting Sha Tao’s total holding to 162.15 million shares, or 24.02% of the outstanding equity.

The board noted that Sha Tao’s additional investment signals confidence in the Group’s long-term development. Following the transaction, the company confirmed it continues to meet the public-float requirements of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
