Chen Haiqiang has stepped down from his role as President of the company due to work arrangements, with the resignation effective from December 31, 2025. As of the announcement date, Chen Haiqiang will continue to serve as the Party Committee Secretary and Executive Director of the company, and will temporarily perform the duties of Chairman of the Board, Chairman of the Board's Strategy and Sustainable Development Committee, and Legal Representative.

The company convened the Seventh Session of the Seventh Board of Directors on December 31, 2025, during which the "Proposal on the Appointment of the President of CZBANK" was reviewed and approved. The board agreed to appoint Mr. Lu Linhua as the President of CZBANK, with his term aligned with that of the Seventh Board of Directors. In accordance with relevant regulations, Lu Linhua's qualification for the presidency is still subject to approval by the National Financial Regulatory Administration. Pending this approval, Lu Linhua will temporarily perform the duties of President.

According to his resume, Lu Linhua was born in May 1978 and currently serves as the Deputy Secretary of the company's Party Committee. He holds a master's degree. His previous roles include Assistant to the Director of the Statistics and Research Department at the China Insurance Regulatory Commission's Zhejiang Bureau, Assistant to the Director, Deputy Director, and Director of the Office (Party Committee Office); Director of the Policies and Regulations Department at the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission's Zhejiang Bureau, Director of the Office (Party Committee Office, Party Inspection Office), and First-Level Investigator; as well as Party Committee Member and Vice President of Zhejiang Rural Commercial United Bank.
