Shenzhen Expressway Reminds H-Shareholders to Shift to Electronic Corporate Communication

Shenzhen Expressway Corporation Limited issued a reminder on 29 April 2026 to all registered H-shareholders about its transition to electronic dissemination of corporate communications.

The company highlighted that, following the initial notice dated 23 January 2024, full sets of future corporate communications—including directors’ reports, annual and interim reports, notices of meeting, listing documents, circulars, and proxy forms—will be provided exclusively in both English and Chinese on the H-share market website (https://expressway.aconnect.com.hk) and the HKExnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk).

Solicitation of email addresses • Shareholders who have not yet supplied an email address are urged to do so by scanning the personalised QR code on the enclosed reply form or by returning the form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong. • Until a functional email address is registered, the company will continue to send Actionable Corporate Communications in printed form.

Printed-copy option Shareholders preferring hard copies may request them for one year by completing and returning the reply form or by emailing szexpressway.ecom@computershare.com.hk with their name and address.

Enquiry channel Questions can be directed to the H-share registrar on (852) 2862 8688, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. (Hong Kong time), excluding public holidays.
