Jchx Mining Management Co.,Ltd. (603979.SH) has announced that its board has approved a proposal to issue overseas-listed foreign shares (H-shares) and seek a main board listing on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

To support its business expansion and strengthen its capital base and overall competitiveness, the company plans to proceed with the H-share issuance and apply for the Hong Kong main board listing.

The offering and listing remain subject to filing or approval from the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, and the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission. Furthermore, this proposal requires review and approval at the shareholders' meeting.
