Golden September has arrived in the Tingshou region, with fruits ripening across the landscape and a bountiful harvest atmosphere everywhere. Given such a beautiful season, Changji certainly deserves to be celebrated with song!

The "Singing Changji" Third Original Music Showcase and Concert will resound at the Jiangyu Stage (next to the Xinjiang Grand Theater) on September 25th at 8:00 PM. This is a musical gathering that belongs to the people of Changji, where local songwriters and singers perform their own creations.

Rooted in the vibrant soil of Tingshou, these artists delve into local stories, using melodies to chronicle the city's development and vocals to celebrate its culture and landscapes. The event is hosted by the Changji Hui Autonomous Prefecture Federation of Literary and Art Circles and organized by the Changji Prefecture New Literary and Artistic Development Promotion Association.

Since the call for submissions began, it has attracted enthusiastic entries from numerous local songwriters. After rigorous selection, a total of 21 original musical works have been chosen, with some of them officially debuting on the evening of September 25th. The event will also feature a certificate presentation ceremony for the original songwriters and singers, acknowledging their dedicated creative contributions to Changji—a moment filled with a strong sense of occasion.

So, mark your calendar for September 25th at 8:00 PM at the Jiangyu Stage! Come and listen to the songs of our own people in Changji!
