Schroders Wealth Management is bolstering its Asian franchise with a fresh wave of executive appointments, signaling a deeper push into the region's fast-growing private wealth sector. The firm has filled three pivotal positions spanning investment advisory, client relationship leadership, as well as marketing and communications, reinforcing both its managerial depth and client service firepower.

Andrea Li steps in as Head of Investment Advisory for Asia, bringing over 13 years of experience from J.P. Morgan Private Bank, where she guided ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and multi-generational families across mainland China, Taiwan, and Southeast Asia. Prior to this move, she served as Senior Investment Team Lead and Executive Director, crafting multi-asset investment strategies for mature affluent clients in the region. Her career also includes senior roles at Merrill Lynch, ING Private Banking Netherlands, and MUFG Bank.

Victor Chow has been appointed Senior Client Relationship Manager for ultra-high-net-worth clients and family offices, armed with more than two decades of expertise across wealth management, private markets, credit investing, and alternative assets. Before joining Schroders, he was Head of Fixed Income, Private Equity, and Real Estate at Singapore single-family office CrimsonOx Capital, where he steered direct and co-investment deals in private credit, buyouts, secondaries, and property ventures while holding a voting seat on the firm's investment committee. His previous stints also include senior investment posts at ANZ, Royal Bank of Scotland, Marathon Asset Management, and Merrill Lynch.

Jyane Quek takes on the role of Head of Marketing and Communications for Asia, wielding close to 20 years of experience driving marketing, branding, and growth initiatives across financial services, technology, and media. Most recently, she served at Standard Chartered as Global Head of Market Strategy and from there, spearheaded marketing execution across retail, private, and corporate banking divisions, covering multiple business lines and international markets.

Evonne Tan, Chief Executive Officer of Schroders Wealth Management Asia, underscored the strategic significance of these hires. She noted that Asia's wealth sector is at a pivotal inflection point, with rapid wealth creation and accelerating generational transfers reshaping what high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, as well as families, demand from their advisors. Together with the earlier appointment of Sharon Sim as Business Development Head, this leadership lineup is designed to complete the firm's end-to-end client lifecycle coverage, blending investment advice, wealth stewardship, and structuring expertise. Tan emphasized that all of it builds on Schroders' deep-rooted research platform as a global asset manager and its long-standing legacy of fiduciary stewardship.
