Feishang Anthracite Resources Limited (Stock Code: 1738) announced that Mr. YUE Ming Wai Bonaventure resigned as Company Secretary effective 17 November 2025. According to the announcement, Mr. Yue confirmed he has no disagreement with the board of directors and has also stepped down from his role as the authorized representative under Listing Rule 3.05. The chairman of the board, Mr. LI Zongyang, will assume that responsibility from the same date.

The company further noted that Mr. Yue’s departure leaves the Company Secretary position vacant, which constitutes a breach of Listing Rule 3.28. The board stated that a search for a replacement is underway and pledged to provide an update as soon as practicable.
