CITIC BANK (00998) has announced that Ms. Zhang Yuefen has resigned from her positions as the bank's Joint Company Secretary and as the authorized representative in Hong Kong for accepting service of legal documents and notices under Rule 19A.13(2) of the Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and Part 16 of the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622). Her resignation will take effect from April 29, 2026. The Board of Directors has announced the appointment of Ms. Yang Xiaohui as the bank's Joint Company Secretary and as the authorized representative in Hong Kong for accepting service of legal documents and notices, effective from the same date. Ms. Zhang Qing will continue to serve as the other Joint Company Secretary.
