YADEA (ASX: 01585) has announced that Mr. He Ping (Mr. He) has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director.

He will also serve as a member of the company's Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee, and Nomination Committee.

These appointments are effective from June 18, 2026.
