AustAsia Group (02425) has announced the grant of a total of 4.08 million share options to eligible grantees.

The options, which are subject to acceptance by the grantees, entitle the holders to subscribe for ordinary shares in the company's share capital.

This grant was made on July 29, 2026, under the company's share option scheme, which was adopted following a resolution passed by shareholders at the annual general meeting held on June 5, 2024.
