FAMEGLOW Holdings (08603) announced that Ms. Tam Tsz Yan has tendered her resignation as the company's Company Secretary, effective January 26, 2026. The Board of Directors is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Zhu Junting as the Company Secretary, effective from January 26, 2026. The Board further announced that, effective January 26, 2026, Executive Director Ms. Fu Zhiqing will cease to serve as the company's Authorised Representative under Rule 5.24 of the GEM Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. Mr. Zhu has been appointed as the Authorised Representative, effective January 26, 2026.
