Zhang Chengji has been formally appointed as a non-executive director of Three Treasures Technology (01708) at an extraordinary general meeting. His term is effective from the conclusion of the extraordinary general meeting until the expiry of the ninth board of directors' term.

Separately, Mr. Zhang Bin and Ms. Xu Gaoyan were formally appointed as independent non-executive directors at the same meeting. Their terms also commence from the end of the extraordinary general meeting and last until the ninth board's term concludes.

Following the conclusion of the extraordinary general meeting, Mr. Zhang Bin was appointed as a member of the company's remuneration committee, and as a member and chairman of the company's audit committee. Ms. Xu Gaoyan was appointed as a member of the audit committee, and as a member and chairman of both the remuneration committee and the nomination committee.
