Shenwan Hongyuan Group Co., Ltd. (stock code: 6806, “SWHY”) convened its 2025 first extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on October 31, 2025. Shareholders and authorized proxies holding a total of 16,251,911,228 shares were present, representing approximately 64.9039% of the company’s total issued shares. All proposed resolutions, including amendments to the Articles of Association and related rules of procedure, were duly approved.

H Shareholders’ dividend will be paid in Hong Kong dollars, converted at a stipulated exchange rate corresponding to HK$0.38366 (tax inclusive) per 10 H Shares. The relevant share registration for H Shares will be closed from November 18 to November 21, 2025.
