Geo Energy Resources Limited (RE4) announced the issue and allotment of 964,000 new ordinary shares on May, 22 2026 following the exercise of options granted under its Share Option Scheme.

The newly issued shares will rank pari passu with existing shares and are expected to begin trading on or around May, 26 2026.

With this issuance, Geo Energy Resources’ total share base rises to 1,781,338,593 ordinary shares, including 67 treasury shares, up from 1,780,374,593 previously.
