Yuexiu Property Company Limited announced that its Circular dated 22 May 2026, together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting and accompanying Proxy Form, has been published in both English and Chinese on the company website (www.yuexiuproperty.com) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk).

Shareholders who have chosen — or are deemed to have chosen — electronic delivery but experience access difficulties can request a printed copy free of charge through the company’s share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, by email (yuexiuproperty-ecom@vistra.com), fax (+852 2890 9350) or post.

Investors may also change their preferred mode (printed or electronic) or language (English, Chinese, or both) for all future corporate communications at no cost by submitting the Form of Change of Preference to Tricor via the same channels.
